Refund policy

At BestBuyShop, we want you to love your purchase. Since we source our products directly from top global manufacturers to offer you the best prices, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues (Defective/Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at bestbuyshop.in@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require a clear photo or video unboxing evidence of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods (such as beauty products), and items purchased during clearance/mega-sales.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
