Please read the guidelines below before initiating a request:
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the exact date of delivery to report an issue and request a return or replacement. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a resolution.
2. What is Covered (Eligible for Return)
Returns, exchanges, or replacements are only accepted if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. This includes:

The item arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA) or does not power on/function as intended.

Hardware, material, or structural defects originating from the factory.

The incorrect item or wrong variant was shipped to you.
3. What is NOT Covered (Ineligible for Return)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind: "I don't like the color," "I don't need it anymore," or "I ordered the wrong item by mistake."

User damage: Dropping the item, water damage, improper usage, or altering the product.

Normal wear and tear over time.
4. How to Initiate a Verification Claim
To prevent fraudulent claims, all defect reports must go through our verification process:

Take Photos/Videos: As soon as you notice the defect, take clear photos or a short video clip demonstrating the structural or functional flaw.

Review: Our technical team will review the evidence within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
5. Resolution (Replacements & Refunds)

Once we receive and physically inspect the defective item, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you at zero additional cost.
Tip: Please take an unboxing video when your package arrives. This helps speed up the approval process in the rare event that your product has a manufacturing defect!
